Yes. We are able to offer tailor made DOT Exams to suit the candidate and the proposed role. Extra features such as functional assessments, audiometry testing, drug and alcohol screening and many more can be added.

All medical results will be sent through to DOT and to you on the same day as the appointment. There may occasionally be delays where more information regarding the medical is required.
Drug and Alcohol testing can take up to 24 hours for confirmation of results. Any delays are always communicated transparently.

We aim to offer all our clients a DOT Physical Exam appointment or Drug Screening on the same or following business day

This does not mean you fail your DOT Physical Exam or Drug Screening. Bring your blood sugar monitor or blood sugar logs to your appointment along with your most recent lab tests (including your HgA1C) ideally no more than 6 months old.

Bring your glasses, contacts, prescription if available and hearing aids to the exam so that you are able to be tested with them if used during your time at work.

This does not immediately disqualify you from passing the DOT Physical Exam. Bring a reading from your machine documenting compliance in the use of the machine. Bring any correspondence from the last visit with your sleep doctor ideally no more than 6 months old along with any additional information from your sleep doctor

This does not immediately disqualify you from passing the DOT Physical Exam. Bring any notes from your cardiologist, as well as your primary care professional that may be necessary. The notes should include all medications, treatment, and history of care for any heart-related condition

Yes, you can retake the DOT Physical Exam if you fail. You will need to address the health issues that caused the failure and schedule a new exam with certified medical examiner like Knight Health's examiner.
